Micro-financing --- EIB Savings offers an amortized short-term loan program to low-income households for their micro-enterprises and small businesses. These loans are granted on the basis of the borrowers’ cash flow and are typically unsecured.

Minimum Loan Amount: P15,000.00
Maximum Loan Amount: P150,000.00

Borrower’s Eligibility:

• Must be of legal age not more than 65 years old
• Must have an existing business
• Must have an established home/ business address and telephone number
• Must have no adverse findings

Term of Loan: Maximum of twelve (12) months

Required Documents:

1. Completely filled-in MLAF with client’s signature and 2 ID size pictures

2. Any 2 valid ID with picture (SSS, Driver’s License, Passport, Credit Card, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance Barangay Clearance, Voter’s ID) to be photocopied and authenticated by the Branch Lending Officer / Processor

3. Statement of Account of Utility Bills under the client’s name (electric, water, telephone bill) to show that client exist (and not fictitious) and for proof of home / business address / telephone no. to be photocopied and authenticated by the Branch Lending Officer / Processor

4. Business Permit (Barangay Permit, Mayor Permit, DTI) to show business existence to be photocopied and authenticated by Branch Lending Officer / Processor

Supporting Requirements :

* Joint and Several Guarantee of one or more persons.
* Group Life Loan Payment Protection Insurance
